Are you looking for a dynamic guest who can tell life's tales about trials and triumphs dealing with grief and bereavement while offering help with grief? Well, look no further...
I am a passionate "unicorn" father in the grief and bereavement community who wants to help with grief to give back and help those of us who've experienced the greatest loss imaginable. I want to lead by example and show that it's OK to show emotion for men. I want to empower women to help the men in their lives cope with loss. I want to help people see the light at the end of the tunnel. I want to give hope that one day you will be able to laugh, smile, and reminisce about the good times with your loved one(s).
You will get the first-hand, "on the job training", grief-life perspective from a father's eyes while living in a world that tells him that he shouldn't grieve (for more than 3 bereavement days), from the medical caregiver's viewpoint, and from a man deeply entrenched into the special needs world. You will get the human side of life and death. You will also get signature talks in the grief and bereavement arena, interesting anecdotes, and easy to understand analogies to help with grief associated with losing a child.
